I love Japanese illustrations. I like how they’re so cute and adorable. A lot of times they’re made disturbing by your typical anime gore and a ton of sexually innuendos. At times though, Japanese illustrations (and animations) can be magical, despite the Lolita Complex and the literally heart crushing scenes.

I wish I could draw cute people like a manga illustrator would. They seem simple, but they’re hard I tell ya! Anyway, here’s a homage to Japanese illustration and to the land of Hello Kitty. Thank you for entertaining me when we did not have cable TV. I know some of you don’t want to think about the last World War, and we especially don’t want to dwell in the bad stuff, being victims of that war most of that time than not and all, but the plane is there for a positive reason.
